Police, Traffic & Public Safety Committee

The Committee's role is to study and make recommendations to the Council regarding police, traffic and public safety matters in University Park. This includes traffic signage and safety issues, police policies and procedures, and maintenance of public safety.

This is a standing Council committee. Standing committees are established and appointed by the Council per Section 2-103 of the Town Code. Standing committees are comprised of Councilmembers only.

Meetings

  • 7:30 p.m., 1st Wednesday of the month, unless otherwise specified. Check the calendar for details.
  • The Committee meets in person at town hall or via Zoom, meeting link in agenda. Residents may call into the meeting to observe the meeting and Committee discussions.
