The Interim Town Administrator serves at the pleasure of the Mayor and Council. In collaboration with department heads, the Town Administrator provides management expertise in support of key functions of the Town government, including strategic plan implementation, capital projects management, budgeting and fiscal oversight, human resource management, communications, information technology and staff support to the Mayor, Council, and Committees.
Ms. Lawrence has extensive executive level experience in public and nonprofit administration, project, project, policy and organizational planning, development and management, grant writing and financial management, consensus building and facilitation.
