On 5/17/2023 at 0731, University Park, PD was dispatched to the 4000 block of Holly Hill Rd for Vandalism. The victim saw the suspect standing in the rear of the house through the kitchen window. The suspect fled the scene. At 0750 hours, University Park Pd was dispatched to the 4300 block of Clagett Road for a Breaking and Entering. The suspect gained entry through an unlocked rear door; however, when he saw the victim, he fled the scene. At 0809 hours, University Park PD was dispatched to the 4400 block of College Heights Drive for a Breaking and Entering. The suspect gained entry through an unlocked basement door; however, when he saw the victim lying in the bed, he fled the scene. At 0838 hours, University Park PD was dispatched to the 4100 block of Woodberry St for a Breaking and Entry and Stolen Auto. The suspect gained entry through an unlocked front door. The suspect entered the house and opened the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator. The suspect took some items and the car keys. The suspect stole the owner's vehicle that was parked in the driveway and drove off.
