SHREDDING, ELECTRONICS,
TIRE, STYROFOAM, & PAINT RECYCLING
Saturday, October 22nd, 9AM - 1PM
at the University Park Elementary School
4315 Underwood Street
The town will host a paper shredding event along with electronics, tires (no rims), Styrofoam, and paint recycling this Saturday! Don't put it in the trash!
Electronic items will be reused, refurbished or recycled through Electronics Value Recovery, in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Hard drive destruction will be offered with a certificate of destruction, but hard drives will not be destroyed on site.
Paper shredding will be offered by EcoShred LLC.
Your new or used paint, in original cans, may be recycled for $5 per can. Cash, checks, and charge cards will be accepted.
You may also drop off your Styrofoam (crushable into granules / polystyrene - NOT the layered kind). A red, Toyota Highlander will make one recycling trip with Styrofoam. Your Styrofoam recycling is "first come, first served".
