Tree ordinance to be considered by Council on June 6

I am getting questions about the proposed tree ordinance which is under consideration by the Town Council as Legislative Resolution 22-O-05. The proposed ordinance is on the Town website at https://upmd.org/DocumentCenter/View/2057/LR-22-O-05-Tree-Ordinance.  

At the request of its Sponsor, Council consideration of the ordinance will be scheduled for the June 6 Council meeting following a public hearing. This is a work in progress, so may be amended by the Council. I encourage you to review it, and to follow the discussion.
