I have transmitted my proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2022 to Council. The tax rate proposed is .5386 per $100 of assessed value, which is the Constant Yield Rate. This is less than the .5598 per $100 of assessed value set by the Council for Fiscal Year 2021. The proposed budget is available on the Town's website at www.upmd.org/proposed-FY22budget.
