Are you looking for a safe volunteer opportunity this holiday season? In partnership with the Prince George's County Department of Family Services, Council Member Glaros is distributing boxes of meals, groceries and holiday treats (3 boxes per person!) to District 3 seniors and individuals with disabilities on Wednesday, Dec. 16.

They need more volunteer drivers to help deliver boxes to those unable to pick up. Each volunteer will be assigned a route of approx. 6 stops with no contact delivery. Volunteers will pick up their boxes on 12/16 at 8:30am at the New Carrollton Municipal Building with deliveries taking approximately 1.5 hours.

If you are a District 3 senior age 60+ or individual with disability of any age and would like to reserve a set of these boxes, please register here by December 10: https://bit.ly/D3Meals. There will also be a limited number of extra boxes first-come first-served on December 16 beginning at 10:00 am at the New Carrollton Municipal Building, 6016 Princess Garden Parkway.
