University Park Police will be issuing warnings through February 7, 2025, for vehicles parked at the EV Charging Stations on Queens Chapel Road without the required permit. After which, parking citations will be issued for noncompliance.
Please submit a completed EV Permit Form. You will be contacted to schedule a payment/pick up time within 24 hours during normal business hours.
Residents applying for a decal must present their Driver's License and car registration which reflect their University Park address. University Park Elementary School staff must bring their work ID for verification.
The decal fees below are prorated for the remainder of fiscal year 2025. Payments are accepted via cash or check in the exact amount only.

The fiscal year ends June 30th, and you must reapply for a decal on July 1st.
Daily hang tags may be purchased for $10 or Weekly hang tags for $50/$70 for those wishing to pay on a per-use basis.
