In Maryland, a car is stolen every 47 minutes. In the United States, it is every 32 seconds. 50% of the vehicles stolen had the keys inside the vehicle. 60% of the vehicles stolen were left unlocked. I have some good news! Hyundai is teaming up with local law enforcement at Commanders Field, 1600 FedEx Way, Landover, to offer anti-theft software upgrades for Hyundai owners. Join Hyundai, May 9-11, 2024 (8 am-6 pm Thurs/Fri; 8 am- 3 pm Sat) for a quick, less-than-20-min upgrade. If you can't make it to the event or don't own a Hyundai, stop by the Town Hall, and see Ms. Gilead to pick up your free steering wheel lock.
