Please submit a completed EV Permit Form. You will be contacted to schedule a payment/pick up time within 24 hours during normal business hours.
Residents applying for a decal must present their Driver's License and car registration which reflect their University Park address. University Park Elementary School staff must bring their work ID for verification.
The decal fees are listed below. Payments are accepted via cash or check in the exact amount only.
July - September October - December
Resident/UPES/Staff $100 Resident/UPES/Staff $75
Non-resident $500 Non-resident $375
The fiscal year ends June 30th, and you must apply for a decal by July 1st.
Daily hang tags may be purchased for $10 or Weekly hang tags for those wishing to pay on a per-use basis.
